Unofficial Category Winners at IHSA State ’14
Two years ago, what if someone told you that you could go to the state competition, be the best in your style of dance, and go home without any recognition?
In 2013 and 2014, that’s the reality in IHSA Competitive Dance.
So in the tradition of IDTA, Halftime Illinois, UDA, and Team Dance Illinois, here are the “unofficial category” winners from the IHSA 2014 State Finals. When necessary, we looked at Day 1 results to fill-out at least the top two finishers in each category.
Notice that you don’t have to dig into the results from Day 1 to come up with the top three jazz and lyrical routines.
